So i have to go to court on the 17th for a violation. I was cited for "failure to display license plate" basically i had my front tag off. So anyways, my question is what all do i have to take with me on the day of my hearing?

 

take a picture of the car with the front plate on and itll usually get dismissed. Maybe give them a good reason for it being off as well?

 

yeah i know about the picture and when i was originally pulled over i told the state trooper that i was going to have my car detailed the next day and thats why i took it off. He didnt buy it. It was true though. So i dont need to take the physical ticket with me?

 

bring detail reciept...picture of car glossy and nice with plate on it.

 

what all do i have to pay if the case is dropped? also my hearing is at 9:30, any idea how soon i can be out of there?

 

dont portray it as a rice burner either in the picture.... normal car.... no earings tattoos anything the separates you from a normal average hard workin studious kid.

 

also try to spot the cop before you go into court and talk with him or her..... they can settle it for you

 

If the judge dismisses it and finds you compliant, you don't owe anything. You get to walk out with a smile on your face and save some cash.

yea i got pulled over and charged with parked on a highway and now i can pay for the ticket or go to court. its a long story how it happend basiclly the cop came over a hill and saw me and a other car siting next to each other and its not like we were going to race or any thing lol but i saw him then i started pulling away so he follow use for like 5 min then he pulled me over and gave me the ticket wtf so what do u think i shoud do ?? thanks
