why was the 240 thread closed
not trying to be a ballbuster but i'm just curious. I mean i didnt think it mattered that it was a chat/picture thread. is their a rule against make/model specific threads?

No, there is no rules against car specific threads. The Eye Candy has a very large selection of 'Official Car Name Here' Threads
5043 total posts, the last one to actually have a 'picture' in it was post #5003 - which was someone who quoted post #4973.
The entire thread basically turned into a chat room. With the Night Crew / Day Crew Threads, we obviously have no problem with those. However, this particular thread was in the Eye Candy Section for :
Most of the pictures that were posted weren't even local 240sx's.
