ive got some myself and some friends looking for a league. all i can find it fall/winter leagues but wasnt sure if there is a spring/summer league. we're located in newport news. i figured someone out here might know something. thanks in advance.

yeah. i remember the dudes from fall ball "Lazy Dayz" played, but i beleive that was on base. jonesy and i forget the other dudes name.

and also, that was a fall league.

 

Yeah they played on base for the same squadron team that I play softball for.

 

i'd like to play one a team and see how its run and how everything flows before i do my own team.

 

i played for a few years in the newport news rec league. it was alot of fun but i think they only do fall/winter.

vffa.com this league encompasses all of virginia..i think the season starts in a couple months so get on the message board asap...teams are always having tryouts and such...fun league, stiff competition..even though it is flag, people take this serious...check it out, you might like it

 

well, i'd like to play real football in a few years, but i just want to get back into it.

thats one thing i was also wondering. what the competition is like.
