I know Scion has a couple cars that aren't stock on display. I was in there for about a minute this afternoon, couldn't really get a look at all the other stuff there.

 

Yes, it was bullshit last year. Kids were jumping in cars and standing on the seats. No parents around.. Some of the smarter dealers had sales guys standing around keeping an eye on their cars.

 

Your car gonna be there all weekend? I didn't get to look at it at the dyno day the other week, so I'd like to check it out if its gonna be there.

Edit: I had no trouble last year with kids, but then again I went late Saturday, and there were hardly any kids. I think thats when I'm gonna go this year too.

 

I think the guy works around there. But i dont give a rats azz what his sex life is, All i know its a beautiful car and he treats me with respect. That is what i am concered with.

I just got back from the show and its better this year due to actually having a couple Lambo's, Ferrari's, and Maserati's on display in the lobby. After you get past that fantasy land you will be somewhat dissappointed. Toyota somehow took over about half of the floor space and the other car makers only have a few vehicles on display. Theres a cool 4 door Wrangler hooked up and a couple concept cars. I was dissappointed with Subaru's section, they couldn't even get an STi for the show let alone any Legacy GT's.

 

Yea, and don't make the mistake of walking past the booths by the food court. THere's nothing like being hounded to buy something for 30 yards, like asking if you're a homeowner, etc.

The best cars at the show are the blue Z06 corvette and black bmw M6 convertible. There's a $3 off coupon in the car show flyer in the newspaper. That means $7-3=$4. Military can pay $2 to get in and get reimbursed at the ford booth, since they're paying your way. I'm not positive about that since I'm not military though.

 

i've got 2 free admission passes if anyone wants them, I was there last night for the dealer only review and they have got a good show this year....
