Just take all the receipts to them and they SHOULD reimburse you for most of the costs!

I was also the corporate liability coordinator at Advance Auto Corporate.... I handled auto, property, and asbestos claims. Subrogation is fun!

 

The insurance is erie? Or something like that? I don't know. They still didn't come yet. Any tips on how to mess with them? I just want enough to make another one look like that. I don't want to try to rape them,I just simply want my car back!

 

Unfortunate situation is any wreck you are involved in you are screwed... (unless you pick up a car well below market value)

Bring all of the receipts you can, be nice to the insurance guy, because without legal experience or assistance/advice you can get screwed even more if you go to far.

So be carefull

and not to be mean but get a slightly newer one if you get another civic :P (those looks silly..)

 

To each his own. I would rather have that body style than a newer civic. Considering I got rid of an eg hatch for it. I would like to get 2500 and keep the car. Sounds high I guess,but that's what it will take to make me happy since this wasn't my fault anyway. I know the car was worth more than that to me before it got wrecked,so that's what I'm going to ask for.
