Default Wiring problem

Its a 99 Honda Civic with a 95 b18b1 motor.

Recently i have been doing some check overs on my motor after gettin it swaped a while back. I was poking around the altenator and i see this: Sorry about the massavie picture, and sorry for the quality its from my cell phone.

I checked the voltage of my battery once the car is started and its reading 12.9 so its not charging it at like all. Which wires go to where??

Whoever did that swap should be kicked in the nuts. They should never give a car back to a customer with such obvious problems, not to mention that with exposed wiring you're probably going to destroy whatever electronics those wires are attached to. That's absolutely inexcusable, and no one can possibly argue with that. Never go near whoever did that swap, and never have them do any work for you again.
