It was a great turn out. I liked all the different kinds of cars that showed up. I also found out auto's are a giant PITA to dyno.

I really wanted to get my car up on there but maybe next time.

BTW top of the day was the 500+whp EVO then came the viper, then the s2k and down from there. I might not be able to make it for long if you guys dyno again saturday but ill def help promote it. Same price?

Btw the pix I took are http://www.slidewaysonline.com/forum...901&highlight=

I don't know about labeling it as the fastest Grand Am in the world (there are swapped V8 and turbo V6 ones out there), but it's probably the most powerful Quad 4 powered Grand Am right now. At 556 whp I haven't heard of another one higher. I'm not settling on that either, it'll have another 200 probably by the end of summer.
right on. its listed as a '99 on the moore page so i figured you were running a 3400 or had to have swapped it out. that much power from the v6 is totally unheard of right now (there are projects under way but nothing finished yet). believe it or not the fastest track time the '99+ n-body community has ever documented is a guy on the west coast running a newer quad 4 @ low 12's. might have hit high 11's but he had flywheel/transmission problems IIRC and that was that. thats why i was so intrigued by your build. power wise i cant argue i have heard higher, thats insane man.

They were talking about doing $40 this Saturday, and never exceeding $50 on Dyno Days. (But don't quote me, I can find out from Chaz)

Do you know what other forums this event was posted on?
