Chris, just curious but on stock motor mounts, do you have enough slack in that fuel line for flex from the engine? It looks like it has a little, but not too much.
P.S. - I got my wideband today, dave comes tomorrow night and we're gonna street tune on saturday, wish me luck that we don't blow it up.
How did your wastegate work like that? I assume you realized you had to turn it the other way...
That is something I have thought about. I have thought about redoing the lines with a bit more slack. The concern I had was simply the torque the would be applied if the braiding pushed on the rail and components. Ive also thought about putting *gasp* poly mounts in there to eliminate a bunch of these type of issues that are starting to concern me, such as the brake resevior being so close to the plenum even after Ive modified the factory mounting bracket for the new manifold. I just dont want poly mounts to vibrate the car, as Ive invested so much into making it not that race car feel.

Im in need of some factory motor mounts that I can burn out and insert poly mounts into. All of my motor mounts are brand spanking new and I don't want to kill them just to install poly mounts. Does anyone have any torn motor mounts lying around that they could possibly help me with? 2g turbo model.
