WOW. Im guessing you guys think this is South norfolk,or atlantis ave we are talking about. No,this is some small time "quiet" neighborhood. Do you really think, even if they DID have some type of Firearm, that they would FIRE rounds at you, just to get you off their back to get away? JUST to be caught by some type of law enforcement for attempted murder?

LOL lets get fucking real. If they are smart enough to use a flatbed to steal a car, they are smart enough to know that if they attempt to shoot at someone, they are gonna get in more trouble than if they just tried to steal a car.

looks like to me,nowadays its ok for someone to steal something from you,you SEE them do it,and not do anything. what the fuck is wrong with people.

Yeah, how's that going for you insurance wise? I remember you were looking at getting the shaft in the whole situation.

i can see both sides of this to a point. you never really know what someone is capable of though, you cant exactly say for certain they wouldnt attempt to shoot you., but on the other hand, i dont think it would be that dangerous to follow around a slow ass flatbed with a car from a distance until the police got there. they are probably responsible for many thefts in the area and future thefts could have possibly been prevented if he had followed. odds are the theives were scared for 30 minutes, laughed about it for a while and then went out stealing hondas the next night.

I completely understand what you are saying.

I just think people are trying to justify why they DIDNT take the necessary action that should have insued the attempted theft. What im getting at,is these are not "Car theives". These are kids who like hondas, but dont want to pay for their parts,so they steal other people's shit. Not everyone (especially in Va beach) has the heart of a lion, and carries a firearm on them waiting for a car theft to go "wrong". Because 9 times out of 10,they dont go wrong. You find your shit in a open field up north somewhere, with nothing but the seats and dash left.

things that doesnt make sense to me is if your gonna steal a car with a flat bed and put tape over your shop number then why wouldnt you cover your shop logo as well. not only that but why not tape off the licnse plate .. if they were trying to steal it why in the hell wouldnt they already have the bed down so all they have to do is back up to the car and hook it up and pull it on the bed . and go . noit only that but isnt it a requirenment for flat beds to have a back up siren?

on the side note i dont know how many people has seen a flat bed with its bed halfway down but it cover up the linsen plate so following him with the bed still down wouldnt have help him see the licen plate . he would have had to get in fornt of them to see the front plate to see the number and letter. so give theis man some slack .

People, Kris is like 17 years old, weighs 135 soaking wet while holding a sandbag and doesn't own a gun. Why in the fucking fuck would he have chased after a tow truck (which has a 99% chance of packing heat) through the streets of Virginia Beach at 1 o'clock in the morning on a Tuesday? You think the tow truck's not going to notice that the only other car on the road looks like the Del Sol with the same hidious wheels they were about to steal and, oh yeah, it's following them? Seriously?
