is it required to use an oil restricter on a ebay turbo on a honda.

it doesnt matter. ebay turbos last about 100 miles.

so ive heard, but i havent had 1 issue with any of the ones ive used. Guess its a hit or miss deal.

my friend had a gt28 turbo. lasted 1 week and blew at the dyno.

yes it needs a restrictor. thats what ya asked there is your awnser...YES. ive had my ebay turbo over 2 years now. Not a single fucking leak. get over people. they arent all junk, maybe it was how you used it.

Yeah I have one to and haven't had a problem, but you do need a oil restrictor for sure.

I have personally seen 3 ebay turbos literally EXPLODE on the dyno. One ruined a guys motor by sending all the pieces into it
