I would of certainly followed them and kept a reasonable distance away so that if they are armed I don't get hit. Who knows how many cars they have stolen or attempted to steal. those fuckers should be in prison.

and then you would go to prison for murder or another crime. you cant just shoot someone cause there on your property. hell if you even flash a gun at someone they can sue you and youll be shit out of luck. the only way you can shoot someone and get away with it is if you are backed into a corner, have no place to run and they are coming at you with a deadly weapon. If someone came after you with their fist and you blow there head off in the front yard, peace out son your going to prison for life. Only equal force can be imposed. And if you do shoot someone you better make sure they have a deadly weapon and you had no other choice but to impose deadly force with your weapon.and you better make sure there dead cause if not your getting sued and losing everything you have. Too many cases to site in which that has happened. someone breaking into a house and forcing you into a corner is a different situation. if you shoot someone in your front yard cause there stealing your car, good luck. try and whoop there ass with your fists first. they pull a weapon and point at you, than you put a bullet in something.

on a sidenote, i would have followed them cause i have a fiery rath problem and wouldnt let someone get away with that shit. i would keep my distance to try and keep from getting hurt. but if there was the possibility of getting my hands on them without getting shot i would do it even that meant having charges pressed. But i would try me best to get the police involved while following the piece of shit stealing the car to keep myself out of trouble.
