I have about 50K on my car...The seats were treated at least monthly with a clean and a leather treatment...I can count on one hand how many times the back seat has been sat in...

There are no tears or anything on these seats...The only thing I can see that is weird is on the driver seat there is a white piece that has been there since I bought the car...You can see it in the pictures...Not really sure what it is...Its not a tear...

If you are in the area and want to look at them let me know...
