Pretty much. The motor might be fixable but I am not a mechanic and have no idea wtf is wrong with it. You can come take a look at it if you want Josh.

Hey man I got your PM, sorry for the late response.

So do you know if the motor is complete? And by motor being damaged, do you mean it just won't fire up or it's dead to the world? Has anyone tried to crank it over or anything? Any known internal motor damage?

 

See thats what I don't know. The area around the stator cover seems like it was pryed off or something. You can come and take a look at it if whenever you want. I don't know too much about working on bikes. Maybe you can figure something out.
