that was a clean mk3 you had str8jakett but i totally understand why you sold the car. My mk3 has had lots of problem so far but i think i've got most of them sorted out now and yea there a hell of a lot of fun when every thing is working right but like all 20 year old sports cars most have been run in to the ground so problems can be expected. My plain for the car isn't anything special 3 peice wing,3 peice tails,TT wheels, suspension work and maybe a 57 trim upgrade on the turbo. I just want a clean well rounded sports car that I can enjoy.

Good luck with yours. They are excellent fun, they just require a LOT of attention as daily drivers. Your plans sound a lot like mine were. When I pick up the next one, it will either need those items stock, or I will add them myself. 89+ body parts and MKIV wheels and a good suspension setup just provide the cleanest MKIII IMHO. Either way, I won't start the next project with anything less than a nearly perfect car, so I have a lot of looking to do and a lot of saving to do during. Keep me updated!
