Default Some more Idle trouble

I am having problems with my idle... again. After warm up (during warm up this morning) my idle will drop to ~500 rpm and feel like its going to stall. It hasnt acually stalled yet but its certainly not getting any better. This cant be good for the car so any hep is appreciated.

Also, I have noticed the throttle has been a little laggy recently with what seems like small jumps in power. The same goes for decelleration. When, say, rolling down a hill while in gear (clutch not engaged) and maintaining speed with just the motor it seems to want to jump a little.

This sounds electrical or possibly a valve? I cleaned out my IACV about a month or so ago so I don't think its that. (although, I am missing a bolt for it). Please help because this is really annoying.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Was reading around and apparently adjusting the plastic screw on the IACV will correct the problem, but I have also heard that this should be left untouched. Any input?
