I never said it was a good idea, but I have a short temper. I highly doubt I would get shot, seeing as how this guy is working at an $8/hr job and is probably in his mid to upper twenties, and more than likely cannot afford a gun. If he has a bill of sale in writing, he is simply picking up what is legally his...but again, I don't know what laws and regulations apply to this.
