Just seeing if anyone was missing a flat black or primered integra. Saw one being towed on 64 east around the La Salle exit in Hampton. This was about 4pm this afternoon. Odd thing was it didn't look like a conventional tow truck, it was more like a larger regular pick-up truck. Unfortunatley I don't have any more details on it, as I was heading the other way. Hope this was just a regular towing.

That's a Repo Quick Snatch truck. They are fast recovery vehicles. They can back up to a car, slide the yoke under it, pick it up and roll in about 15 seconds and the driver never has to get out of the cab.
Do you really think that if someone boosted a car, especially one that stands out, they will just randomly tow it down a highway open in middle of the day?
It was probably some tool about to do an ls i-vtec ls1 swap and getting his redneck buddy to tow his shit to some shop or someone's backyard.

Sounds like somebody didn't make the payments.
I'd also be willing to bet that's the exact weapon of choice for all the cars being stolen.
