Selling the house
Well it is time to move out of our house. I have an opportunity to buy another great house, so we are planning to sell our current one. Its a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. It has been completely remodeled (for those of you that dont know how much labor and love we put into it 
hehehe). New walls, floors, ceilings, foundation, Windows, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, pretty much EVERYTHING...Its in the historic district in South Norfolk (Chesapeake). Please message me if you are interested or want to know more about the house. It is going on the market next week so I was seeing if any fellow members would be interested first. It is about a 3 minute drive to Downtown Norfolk about 5 minutes to Mcarthur Mall. So if you are tired of traffic and work in Norfolk it is minutes away. It is going on the market at 209,000.00 but if I get offers before I am willing to let it go for 201,000.00 I have some older pictures (a few months old) none of the new flower bed and newly redone porch. I can do this tomorrow if anyone is interested. The area is being redone and all of my neighbors are participating in the remodeling.

is that a gap b/t the floor and the baseboards..? You should remodel the 1/2 bath and make it a full bath and hike up the price..
