No can do for the 1/2 bath. There is not any extra space to put a shower or tub.

Also, its not really a gap at the floor. It appers larger than it really was.

Oh yeah there is a 1 car detached garage with new siding windows and door door as well.

I have 60 amp service ran out there but the panel hasnt been installed yet
