Bluested, not calling you a ricer, referring to hearing that in general from every last single import guy I work with every time I'm out of the fab, and the rest of them everywhere else I guess.
Thanks for the compliments. Nothing new really in the last year or so other than turning up the boost and changing cams.. I just haven't had the car at the track in a long time. The last time I had the car at the track was 2004 with a SAFC, street tires, etc.. much more basic setup making 200-250 less whp (depending what RPM you're comparing). went 11.85 @ 119. Then I went to EMS, did suspesnion/tire, built a motor, did all new turbo setup, and once the car was making over 500whp I just couldn't drive it worth a shit, past 600 my driving skills were pretty much hopeless. some people can do it but I just don't have the coordination... MT sucks for high hp in my opinion.. so I built an auto setup and that is the major change for this year. Once I make a clean pass on boost only I have a 75 shot waiting to try still. Taken a long time but oh well. Seems like I end up spending more time on everyone else's car than my own, I'm sure you know how it is. When are you bringing yours out?

yea sorry i brought it up, bad idea on my part to think that hpl of a normal sized engine vs tiny ricer or R/C engines is =.

OBV you need to re-read the thread

Then again MM has what? 6L? So yeah, he's going to kick ass down the 1320. It was a pretty civil discussion until RPM fanboys show up calling people ricers, as usual. I guess I need to go buy a turbo diesel with 100hp/200lb-ft so, I can be cool.

A 1.3L rotary is effectively a 2.6L piston engine when you account for combustion cycle, right? One combustion stroke for each revolution of the output shaft.

correct, which is why it is taxed and regulated that way by all sanctioning bodies

This is a game you don't want to play around here...

If there's a hp per liter title in this thread I got a pretty good Idea who has it.

I dunno if this guy is trying to be a serious troll or just fucking around or what.. but I hope he knows that OHC is 50 years old and there is nothing new or superior about it?
So this little nugget, was for me?

David, maybe you should have put something in the title of this post to let people know they will be exposed to naked pictures of an outdated pushrod Ls1 engine....oh wait....

Seriously though, it looks good...so good it makes me panty parts tingle....

Buy what you want, just don't go thinking you are cool afterwards...

I don't bitch and moan about hp/L or other stupid shit if I get outrun. I have had at least 3 import guys in the last year do that after we have stopped though.

Unless you buy a used F-body and turbo it. Am I right?
