i think most of the problem is the negative comments come without really knowing wtf they are looking at. honestly its quite an impressive (to the engineer in me) amount of modification.

BTW... block looks good. It would be nice to see some better pics on the material added for the studs. It kind of looks like on the outside they just milled the block flat and added a cnc'ed piece for the extra bolts.

Are you planing to run a accusump since your trying to stick with the wet sump?

I think in the thread the most badass car should have had the provision of built not bought. That would have been a better way of doing it. I mean anyone can go out and buy a racecar, but not everyone can put time, money, blood, sweat, and tears into something. Which to me, makes something alot better when it comes to badassness.

69, yes most believe that this set up (other than my stock crank) is mid 7 capable (in a race car of course)

my spin on the fancy parts will be enjoying daily dependability in the 1300 horse range

I built the car completely sure, over 4 months in my garage by myself, but a CNC operator I am not.

since this is the 3rd complete ls block of this level of modification in the world, that is the type of thing that i leave to the professionals.
