Have you checked the gaps on your spark plugs? It may have anythng to do with your firing sequence as well.....

Its the cold idle control under the throttle body. the plastic has vibrated itself aloose, take the 2 bolt cap off & reassemble the valve

I agree with 924drsleeper. This is also called a "Fast Idle Valve."

Aftermarket flywheels can sometimes mess with proper idle regulation because of their low inertia. They usually aren't the cause of the problem, but can amplify the actual regulation problem you're having.

thanks for the help guys i looked under the TB but didnt see anything, i also have taken the secondaries out of the mani could that be part of the problem too?
