Ewww Haymarket. I got pulled over there a few weeks ago for my exhaust by a town officer. He pulled my strings for a bit, but ended up letting me off with a slap on the hand. He said "Haymarket is a quiet, peaceful town and I wanna keep it that way".....dude c'mon, I was just driving through going UNDER the speed limit!!! (b/c I saw him sitting by that church well in advance) Owell.

My wife and I almost bought a house in Haymarket a few years ago when we moved out to the area....thank god we didn't. I'd hate to get hassled daily for my two loudish cars (and tint, etc). Not to mention the stupid Haymarket front license plate they make you run in addition to the regular front plate. Nice area, but the local cops, trains and town taxes were enough to keep me away.
I don't know any of the details, but I was told it's like their county sticker; all the cars in the neighborhood (was in the town limits of Haymarket) had one. It is a white plate with red letters and is the width of a regular plate and half the height of a regular plate.
