My friend's outboard is fucked... he said he isn't going to fix it this summer, that he's done.

Time to sell the jet ski... I had done pretty much everything dangerous I could do at 40mph anyway. I'll be on the look out for something fast, or maybe a boat.

What kind of ski are you looking to get? There are plenty of good deals on skis that'll go at least 50mph.

I want something that'll go at least 60... the specs / price on used seadoo xps are money, but I've heard nightmares as far as reliability vs yamahas. I need to do some research. I need to stay away from fast cars and other shit, because it makes no sense for me to spending money on toys right now... but fuck, as soon as you feel torque or adrenaline you become a damn fiend and do what you have to do to get the feeling.

Me and my buddies all own Sea Doos and they've been great. Sometimes the battery will die over the winter but that's it. The only thing i've had to do on my own is changed the plugs. It took 20 minutes max, and it was cause it was running like poo. That solved the problem.

If you get a GTX 4-TEC it'll go about 60mph with one person usually. It's plenty fast. My friend's RXP will do just over 70mph, and its so powerful it'll shoot a foot or two out of the water if you simply hammer the throttle. That's cause it's supercharged/Intercooled and has 215hp. He destroys all of us, but it's fun.
