i think i spotted k legaspi? pump rd and ridgefield pkwy? silver civic with painted headlights, but i don't think i saw a lip on it. it had white multi-spoke wheels, but since legaspi changes wheels every other week... who knows.

and i saw a group of cars at the wal-mart in short pump hanging out. a mustang and a few wrx's. i remember back in high school my friends and i would call the cops on this group of ricers that hung out there doing burnouts for shits and giggles. we told the cops they were flashing gang signs and cursing at families. it was lawlz.

spotted some fuck stick on Chippenham in a riced out kitted up maxima looked like the kit might have been missing some chunks. But he was driving like an asshole swerving all over the fucking highway and then proceeded to ride my ass and once he figured I wasnt playing his game did another 3 lane change with pretty thick traffic. I was hoping he was gonna bounce that piece of shit off the overpass.
