i dont know if this is anyones on here or not. but when i was driving to work today i saw an integra around 564 and 64 getting towed. they were driving toward 264. just to let that person know i saw it and i took a picture of the car and tow truck with the name and number on it. the car had rear dollies on it so it was picked up and hauled away.

car was black with tinted windows and black rims with a polished lip

doesn't matter any moron with a air wedge and long reach can pop that car in less that 15 sec and throw the e-brake down ... hell i can get into a scion xb with nothing but a fondu fork

anyways probably not stolen it takes a good 10-15 mins to set up dollies and you make ALOT of noise setting them up (some sets are 100+lbs each side plus the crossbars) so definatley nothing stealthy a theif would use
