Also yall should just hand them the keys if you dont do something about it.. Cause Ill tell you one thing, The cops will be on your side.. Some people on here are just in fear of the law, If you get a cop that understands where your coming from then he will help you out.. Im not saying I will kill him but Shit.. As much as it sucks, just a FYI you can be charged for discharge of a firearm and go knows what else if it is in response to protecting personal property.

However if they charged at you to attack you then you ahve the right to defend yourself.

I was told this by a good cop friend of mine. My reply was, "WTF". But hey its true.

Ah, yes. You're right. But you have to have reasonable fear for your life. So, you're saying, that if I just run at you, you'd shoot me? What if I was just running at you to yell "BOO!"? The criminal would have to have a weapon for you to be able to shoot him ... Plus, if you were trained right, you don't shoot to wound. You shoot to kill ...

Yes that is what I have been under the impression of.. And my fathers whole side of the family is Police for Prince William.. They told me that if someone charges at you then you have the right to fire, NOW HERES THE CATCH You better for damn sure be 21 and own that firearm.. Having a concealed weapons permit is even better. Thats the whole reason I am going to take my gun out there..
