What did you do to the car to make you think it was hydrolocked? first thing to do is pull the plugs and crank it a few times. then drain and replace the oil with cheap oil because you'll just have to drain it again no matter what. then put the plug in and try to start it. see what happens. my guess is if you drove through and water and the car turned off that you have a bent rod or 2
try cranking it by hand first. if its too tight, remove plugs. still no, try spinning it backwards a bit to let the broken rod change position so you might be able to crank it some...
