i just took mine apart to get a couple of dents out of it (my little brother hit it with his bicycle pedal) I drilled the rivets out with a COBALT drill bit just for stainless, You will be there forever with a normal bit. then too the fiberglass packing out. after i fixed the dents i repacked the pipe with fine steel wool i got from work for cheap and then riveted it back together. I'd say if i had to charge someone to do it it would run about $100 just because of the time involved (2-3 hrs total)

Actually, under your clutch lever you will see a little box with 2 wired under it. Connect them together and you never have to pull in the clutch to start the bike again!!

anyone want to help with mine? i really dont want to try and mess it up. its a muzzy. is it possible to take a section out of the front so i can keep the muzzy emblem? i will supply the tools parts and beer. exuast will be off and ready to cut up.

Yes, you can take it from the front. Thinking back, that's actually what i did to mine. I just riveted the emblem back on. I also re-riveted the back end cap too b/c it was missing some rivets and leaking, so i think that's why i thought i had cut the rear.
