what all do i need to tune my car i have an 89 civic with a complete obd-o LS with minor bolt ons

if your tryin to stay in richmond everyone is gonna say Matt Shue. If your willin to drive there are a few good people in the 757

matt shue but he will tell you to get a conversion and go obd1 to tune on neptune or crome pro
