Im buying this car on Saturday, I was just curious if it would pass inspection or not. As I know nothing of K swaps nor what specifically they look for when doing the inspection...
I'm going to say no. I'm pretty sure in the Commonwealth of Virginia, it's illegal to modify your car.
I'm pretty sure u can modify your car only if the stuff u put on it is the same year and or newer than your car. If u were to put stuff off of a older model on yours than that is illegal. Please correct me if im wrong.

I know as for engine swaps thats legal. U can do a motor swap as long as its in ur year range or newer.
In the Commonwealth or Virginia, it is illegal to modify your car with any thing but OEM parts. And OEM means original equipment on YOUR car, not a car from a different year.
