Heh, maybe they need to make up for the income lost by the "Virginia drivers 'extra' fees" being thrown out? Wanna talk about 'irresponsible' driving, I wish I had my camera yesterday, watching a random cop flip on the lights to make a left turn, then off again, then on again to go through a straight. Now I can see doing this while there's no traffic, but it was around dusk and plenty of people on the road.

I was just listening to ESPN radio and they said that this last weekend they had experimented with catching speeders by helicopter and it was a success because they handed out over 1,100 tickets in the tidewater area. I thought that they had already been doing this? I guess that those signs were just a scare tactic.
