I have a need for a custom intake manifold.. I will supply the materials (piping for plenium, runners, and end caps) but need someone to put it all together. Anyone have any experience with fabricators in the area? Again, all aluminum.

from what I can source, it beats ross's prices....

The plan is this:

3.5" 14g tube. $23 for 48"
$65 for (4) 2.125" velocity stacks
$8 for hemisphere
$50-100 for some sort of 60mm 99-00 Civic Si TB (yep that's big for us)
$$$$ welding


Cut the tube in half like pictured above. Drill out holes for stacks. shape stacks with vice to match stock ports. insert stacks in bottom half of tube and weld. weld runners to oem cast runners. weld tube back together, weld on hemisphere, and a flat stock for a TB. a few bungs and here and there...and presto.
