slide a flathead screwdriver undeath the plastic, and pry a little bit.
it will POP right up. once you get enough room to fit our hand under there, just keep pulling it straight up.
you wont break it, unless your pulling the wrong way.
Its very easy to take that off.
it just clips into the door seal. no biggy
