i gotta gsr swap in my eg and it jus does'nt feel like im getting the power i should. i have an itr header, aem v2 intake,68 mm throttle body,1stgen skunk2 intake mani.,2 1/2 in exhaust. what kinda hp should i be putting down?the valve stem seals are kinda bad and my v-tech kicks in at 5,400 rpm's any one got ne idea's
GSR's dont have V-Tech. I'd guess you should be making around 160-165whp
I would do a compression test and then post the results back on here.
and last time i checked gsr has vtec. but i think you were joking since you made it bold and spelt the other way. but stock gsr isnt to fast anyways. and i follow what he said and check your compression

still upgrade for air. even if on stock.
from all the dyno tests ive seen, a factory throttlebody is fine for a fair amount of power. it doesnt even do anything on a stock motor lol. The best thing you can do to that GSR is upgrade the Intake manifold to a Skunk2 or whatever you feel. THEN just maybe the throttle body would be in its element. someone prolly put it on for the "bling"
