If one of my friends was stealing cars. You are damn fucking right I am going to rat there ass out. I would give them the option of quitting or me making them quit. They don't stop, I rat their ass out... to their benefit of not fucking up anymore. But that is my opinion.
Start taking matters into your own hands. And stop pointing fingers at someone who could resolve the issue but doesn't seem to. They seem to go to bells road.... guess where you need to go to get this resolved.

I don't do anything crooked. I abide by the law.. I guess it's just the way I was brought up, and by that I mean that my father always told me to never betray anyone around you, always help everybody, a giving hand never dries up, even if they are doing something wrong, you need to help the ones around you.
