looking out for police is more to keep dumbassery at bay

a reasonable pace doesnt mean theres no room for loosley interpreting road signs. how many times have you ridden I-64 at exactly 55mph and not been run down... and there have been several cases where cops wanting to "check" a group will pull us over because someone had their hand resting on their waist or propped up on the tank.

I'm not asking that we do 55. I always say safety over speed limit given the irony of the situation. I just don't want to be running triple digits the entire trip.

I don't know where that happened but that kind of stuff is not illegal in VA.

i don't know anyone from this site that rides but i'll try my best to make it there. i'm headin to Iraq next month and wouldn't mind lettin loose on the the bike one time before i leave. Kinda nervous though cuz i've never been on a group ride before.
