its not fucking entrapment. Why is it that any time someone brings this situation up someone jumps in and calls it entrapment. Creating an opportunity to commit a crime is not entrapment. If an officer revs his engine at a light and you race him, you are making the conscious decision to break a law.

the way it was being done before, was. I am no lawyer, but I am sure that undercover police have certain rules they follow. And I am sure, because I drove both of them home after their court dates, 2 cases from those sting operations were dismissed because the judge deemed it entrapment. so......

1st off no he didnt get me i saw him pull some one over the other night- just tryin to give everyone a heads up that is all and from what i hear breakin the law is breakin the law no such thing as entrapment any more if that was trhe case then eveytime some john got caught tryin to get a hooker tyhat was a under cop they would be let go or same as with the show catch a predator . either way take it for w2hat its worth

There is no such thing as entrapment. Hooker. Predator.
And there is such thing as entrapment, the example you gave just weren't examples of entrapment. I still can't figure out where you were going with the hooker predator thing.
