It may help of you list your height/weight and an example of the size of jeans you may wear, i.e. 34 waist/34 inseam.

I agree. Dainese tends to run a little on the smaller size...

well im 6'1'' and i 220

i wear a 36 34 fit a lil tight but good

56 is a large for the jacket

I was just looking at Dainese jackets. That 56 is a US men's 46, so it should fit most big guys.

I was trying some on this weekend. Looking at getting a Laguna Seca jacket. I found out that the euro sizes for jackets are 10 more than the US size.

You should have seen my face when I was trying on size 50 jacket and couldn't even get my other arm in.
