yeah it wouldn't supprise me if it took a crap especially if its a 6AL. like i said they are notorious for randomly not working. check on msd's webpage cuz i think they have a diagnosis article for checking the box. Or you could maybe try and take it appart. i do know they have a fuse inside them that may have blown but i can't say i've ever seen one or known anyone who has fixed one or changed the fuse.

as for the miss is it only in lower rpms or throught the whole range? it is is RPM specific the you are prob looking at a tuning issue.

well its when ever I rev it up. but we have to time it as well. so we r goin to try that. but I'm goin to take the msd apart and check everything out.

yeah, big cam, carb, and not timed right, 2 degrees can have a huge affect on how it runs. get timed up and i bet you'll be ok if not totally fixed

Yea ill prob get it timed tomorro. but lastnight i had it on the road for a few min. and i realized that the throttle cable was loose, so it wouldnt pull. then i went to adjust the idle and had it a;most perfect but it cut off and i havnt been able to crank it sense wat can i do??!!!?!?!?!

HUH that is fucking weird. have you tried bringing the idle back down and seeing if it will idle run? possible you pulled it to tight and now its flooding out. check for spark again? maybe you have a wiring issue somewhere. damn and carbs were supposed to be simpler than efi LOL.

if you wern't so far away i'd come take a look at it... 3.5 hrs is a hike

thanks for the offer but this piece won't even crank now. I'm so pissed at it I just want to watch it burn sometimes. lol. that would suck. but its gotta be a pain in my ass! I don't understand how it goes from crankin to not runnin at all!
