That is the exact reason why this cruise was started back in 2002. The F-Body hideout did this cruise to show the respect to the Americans who lost their life on 9/11 by having an American Musclecar Cruise displaying flags and stuff.
I understand the idea behind the American made car and all. But limiting entrants due to car make to an event with a cause like this is a bit errant.
Read the link again regarding their rules. They discourage it, but it is not likely they will tell you to go home. You can also create an import one as well.

Have you seen the ROLLING THUNDER MOTORCYCLE RALLY for POW's/MIA's? I highly doubt you will see many/any import bikes at that rally.....
An argument can be made that Pontiac GTO's and G8's are allowed and they are made in Australia. The Chrysler LX Platform (300, Charger, Challenger, Magnum) is made in Canada. It's more symbolic than anything.

We will have access to the memorial after we arrive at the Pentagon this year, and won't have to take the mile long march from the public parking area to do it since we'll be staged in the Pentagon South parking lot near the actual crash site. We'll have a Pentagon survivor participating again this year. He drives the Blue C6 vette that you can see in last years video.
