Yea, we are not that type of company our products are on the desk in the finance office, and are offered by the dealership. we dont have interaction with the customer...unless need be on a claim. alot of the companies you are mentioning are the type who are here one day, gone the next....its all about who is underwriting the warranties.

Most extended warranties are crap and a total rip off anyway. Sorry you had to learn the hard way.

Can you add the lawyer/court fees into the civil lawsuit? Since you are having to pay someone to make them have them actually do what they are supposed to? Dunno how all that works, but good luck to ya

Thats what the lawyer is trying to do - she will add her fees to the settlement. Problem is its a very long process.

Sorry baller, I don't think spending 7,000 dollars just to repair an ~8 year old vehicle back to factory specs is reasonable. At lease not on one that can be found for not much more than $10,000.

Quick Update --- PLEASE DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

Office of Consumer Affairs of Commonwealth of Virginia have contacted AutoSource and they never were authorized to sell warranty products in VA. So if you bought/buy their warranty they wont and cant honor it anyhow.
