it will once you make it fit

but bolting it on? not even close.

easiest way to do it is to get the subframe, seats, tail, etc from the later model gsxr, make the subframe fit your frame, and make the seat fit the tank, and you'll be good to go.

or just make your own subframe, but that's alot more work.

ok making the subframe fit shouldnt be the problem but how do you make the seat fit?

once the subframe is mounted, bolt on the tail and everything else, including the front seat. you'll probably have to trim the seat to make it fit snug on the rear of the tank. i usually pull off the upholstery, and use my handy-dandy electric carving knife (like, for turkeys) to trim the foam, and reupholster it. the SRAD tank is quite a bit wider at that point than a later gsxr, so it'll probably need some foam cut out to fit the tank nice and clean like.

never know though, it might fit ok, i'm just picky with details like that. i hate seeing gaps where there shouldn't be gaps.

shouldnt be too hard of a job after you get all the parts you need and figure our how to mod the subframe... just need to find somebody to mod/weld it in accordance to whatever you design... like steve here....
