ok so im sure you have seen cars where the back of the hood is higher than its suppose to be and it vents out the hot air in the bay. are you suppose to put washers somewhere? i tried to google it but i can't find it because i dont know what the hell its called. someone help out

if you cant figure that out on your own, your really fucking dumb.

 

Unless you have a 454 big block that has clearance issues, or something along those lines, don't mess with the alignment of your hood. Or do it, whatever. Just put a shit load of washers on extended hood mounting bolts.

Dont listen to them that's the USDM way.

remove the bolts from the rear of the hood altogether, as more heat is generated it will lift the rear of the hood allowing itself to escape and go back to looking normal while parked. That's the JDM way.
