im to broke to balance a semi fast street car, a female, a cell phone, and my non paying ass job i work now.

True man... I've had my car for about 6 months and did all those things in that short of time. I know it isn't a fully built drag/track car but i put everything i had in to it... which is what matters right? This is actually my first k series car since i never really had the money to afford it you know? Upgraded since my ls/vtec eg was totaled....

Never on this forum I said I wanted to race.... I honestly just like meets... Back home it was a big thing... Everyone knew each other and helped each other out you know? Kinda nice seeing what other peeps have come out with as far as looks and performance. I don't even really run my car hard... Mainly just something to have fun with you know? Take it to meets, drag, or tracks every once in a while. Have a friend who is paralyzed from street racing.... I always thought meets where for auto enthusiasts to just kick it...

 

That is how it used to be around here.... Just go to official events man. I've heard that TTE charity events are always great. They are on your side of the water.....

haha yea dude noboby hangs out much anymore. that was the thing to do back in high school but now people grew up and got the few friends and hang in the garage.
