LoL....only used it a few times huh? I bet the most workout you got from it was putting it together. Bump for realizing its better to sit on the couch and watch tv!

 

yes its only used a few times........putting it together was a pain in the ass but the result was amazing......an no,the only reason why its barely used is I get enough work out at work that im too tired to use it when i get home......

just FYI, I bought a bowflex a few weeks ago. I work out a lot at Gold's Gym, and with financial issues lately I was tired of paying the prices each month so I decided to get a Bowflex.

In just a few weeks I've already seen results. This thing works. I love it. GL with the sale.

 

thanks much...they do work..when i use to use it the next day i can barely move cause my body is so sore....but right now just never really have the time to use it and we just moved so we have to sell it cause i n our new place we dont have a place to put it...
