I'm probably going to be the only member on here with a legal civillian 3-round burst

Nonetheless, this is a great price. Even if this rifle has been to iraq for 2 tours, it still would be a great price. Bushmaster is top notch. Don't hesitate guys.

Ah indeed, i have Military Credentials, we own and older m16-a4, that has a 3 round burst. So this is just a semi auto and safe, still seems to me like a very well priced rifle. And thanks for the info.

Being that my dad is retired army and he bought it from some Military contracting group I would assume so.

wouldnt need a class 3 if it its full auto and was manufactured BEFORE...um..81?...somewhere around there in the 80's
