i wish i wouldve known this earlier. me and my girl just rented an apt and singed a lease agreement.

 

I can vouch, I stay right down the street. Very quite neighborhood, and a farmers market is just 5 minutes walking distance.

I know the feeling - I just finished paying a 12 month lease on an apartment I never went to but couldnt get out of the lease.

Yea I run in the mornings and stop by there for groceries sometimes.
