Not sure if that was a jab at me, but I will take it that way.

My reply is not accusing him of something. It was a response given based on the factual information that was posted. He was found to be speeding and driving recklessly and thankfully he did not kill others. There are too many dumbasses on the streets with no regards to anyone else. If he acted more responsible, he might be alive. As sad as it is to friends and family, those are the facts

On the other hand, you are basically accusing the guy of drunk driving, possibly running from the cops, because of a prior dated picture shows a bar in the background and the fact the accident happened a few hours after bars close? That is great fucking detective work, you should be a cop.

You used my quote in reference to a reply being fine when yours was being questioned, so I took it as such.

Although I was not pointing you out soley in my reply, you were definitely one of the posters in this thread who have been inappropriate in their responses.

FYI, I am not making a claim on his speed, I am merely quoting what the police officers on the scene reported.
Seconds before the wreck, police say an officer began following the motorist because he was speeding.

Making a claim would be saying he was under the influence. In none of the stories this has been said. If the officers said he was under the influence, you could go ahead and say that. Still, none of it is in good taste when his friends are on this thread trying to mourn the loss of a loved one.

Anyow, I did not know this person or any of his friends for that matter.

This is why I try not to drink at all because last time I drank I went out on the interstate and started doing burnouts and shit. Never drank since that night.

More than double, the limit is 45mph.

I was not excusing his mistake at all and 115mph is only an estimate from one of the three different published stories.
But my thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Henrico police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police say a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed on Pouncey Tract Road in Henrico when it passed an officer.
Due to the high rate of speed that the vehicle was traveling, the officer did not have time to turn around and pursue the vehicle. However, once the officer located the vehicle it had struck a pole and was engulfed in flames.
Due to the fire, the vehicle and driver cannot be identified at this time. Stay with 8News for updates.

Henrico County Police were called to the 5000 block of Pouncey Tract Road (near Shady Grove Road) just after 4:30 AM this morning after a car slammed into two power poles. Nearly 4,000 Dominion Virginia Power customers were left in the dark from the nearby Bentley subdivision to Wyndham after the wreck, and Pouncey Tract Road was closed to all traffic until 10:30 AM while the accident was investigated.
As can be seen in the photo, the car appeared to be wrapped around the power pole and the white transformer box caught fire inside the dashboard of the car. The vehicle’s body was completely torched and the driver was burned beyond recognition, according to authorities. One of the power poles was still smoking when we arrived on scene around 8:30 AM.
Police say an officer saw the car speeding down Pouncey Tract and pulled out to follow the car, but by the time the officer caught up to the driver, the car had hit two electrical poles and was fully engulfed in flames. The officer was not able to pull the driver from the vehicle. There is no official word yet from authorities on the identity of the driver.
Pouncey Tract Road was closed from Shady Grove Road to the entrance to the Bentley subdivision for most of the morning. Shady Grove Road was also closed at the Turnberry subdivision to all traffic headed in the direction of Pouncey Tract. We will follow up with more details as they become available.
