Shit happens. There's plenty of things that could have caused that to happen. Improper installation, improper maintenance, or some manufacturing defect.
Actually nitrous is very safe if you use it correctly and your a/f is right. Trust me I pretty much had/ still have nitrous on one of my car's and im spraying the hell out of it... You have to know what your doing

lol yeah. Nitrous is pretty safe. You probably have a higher chance of blowing your engine from the nitrous then it spontaneously blowing up. Explosions and very rarely happen, anyway.

That is true. He didn't quote anyone so I don't really know who he's addressing. But I usually assume that the person who posts directly below you is replying to you, which is not always the case.
